Abstract
Ekološka proizvodnja model je poljoprivredne proizvodnje u zemljama gdje je razvijeno gospodarstvo s naglaskom na zaštitu okoliša, životinja i potrošača. Velika većina potrošača razvijenog gospodarstva stavljaju naglasak na sigurnost i kakvoću proizvoda. Sve veći broj poljoprivrednika orijentira se na ekološku proizvodnju. Iako, u Republici Hrvatskoj ekološka proizvodnja nije dovoljno razvijena što posljedično vodi prema činjenici na nepripremljenost proizvođača i potrošača na ovakav način proizvodnje. Kako bi se osiguralo poticanje ekološke poljoprivrede potrebno je kontinuirano promicati ovakav način proizvodnje i pripremiti proizvode za tržište. Ekološka proizvodnja u osnovi znači suzdržavanje od upotrebe mineralnih gnojiva i pesticida uz korištenje tradicionalnih metoda.
Abstract (english)
Organic production model of agricultural production in countries with a developed economy with an emphasis on environmental protection, animal and consumer. The vast majority of consumers of the developed economies put emphasis on safety and quality of products. An increasing number of farmers are oriented to organic production. Although, in the Republic of Croatia organic production is not sufficiently developed which consequently leads to the fact the unpreparedness of producers and consumers in this way production. To ensure encouraging organic farming is necessary to continuously promote this kind of production and prepare products to market. Organic farming generally means refraining from the use of fertilizers and pesticides using traditional methods.
