Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je trošak trgovine. Trgovina je gospodarska djelatnost kupnje i prodaje robe i/ili pružanja usluga u trgovini u svrhu ostvarivanja dobiti ili drugog gospodarskog učinka. Troškovi trgovine su sastavni dio poslovanja svake trgovine i kao takvi su izraz i mjera ekonomske žrtve koja je nastala kako bi se proizveo proizvod ili pružila usluga, ne mogu se izbjeći, ali se njima može uspješno upravljati. Poznati su razlozi porastu troškova trgovine, koji se ne mogu zaustaviti, ali se mogu usporiti te da postoje sustavi prodaje kojima se može usporiti porast troška trgovine. Zahtjeva potpunu posvećenost od vrhovnog menadžmenta do uključenosti zaposlenika na svim hijerarhijskim razinama, tako da moraju utvrditi sve aktivnosti koje rezultiraju stvaranjem troškova i odrediti uzroke njihova nastanka. Isto tako da primjenjuju svoje znanje u svrhu upravljanja troškovima i ostvarivanja ušteda s ciljem sagledavanja realnih mogućnosti; mogućnost širenja, mogućnost napuštanja i mogućnost čekanja. Rezultati aktivnog upravljanja troškovima u trgovačkim poduzećima rezultiraju u smanjenju troškova poslovanja, u smanjenju financijskih izdataka, povećanju tržišne konkurentnosti, ostvarivanju veće dodatne vrijednosti, smanjenju poslovnog rizika te postizanju bolje kontrole nad cjelokupnim trgovinskim procesom.
Abstract (english)
The topic of graduate work is the cost of a trade. Trade is the economic activity of buying and selling goods and / or providing services in trade for the purpose of gaining profit or other economic effect. Trade costs are an integral part of the business of each trade and as such are the expression and measure of an economic victim created to produce a product or provide a service, they can not be avoided, but can be successfully managed. There are well-known reasons for the rise in trade costs, which can not be stopped but may slow down, and that there are sales systems that can slow down the rise in trade cost. They demand full commitment from supreme management to employee involvement at all hierarchical levels, so they must identify all the activities that result in cost generation and determine the causes of their emergence. Also apply their knowledge for the purpose of managing costs and achieving savings in order to look at realistic opportunities; The ability to expand, leave and wait. The results of active cost management in companies result in lower operating costs, reduce financial costs, increase market competitiveness, achieve greater added value, reduce business risk, and achieve better control over the overall trading process.
