Abstract
Na svjetskom tržištu poduzeća sve se više pozornosti pridaju inovacijama i kreativnosti. Inovacija je pokretačka snaga razvoja poduzeća koja povećava produktivnost i konkurentnost gospodarstva, kao i nove mogućnosti zapošljavanja. Poduzeća postaju sve svjesnija da su znanje i intelektualni kapital najvažniji čimbenici uspješnog rada, što uključuje čovjeka i njegovo znanje, fleksibilnost, energiju i kreativnost. Kreativnost je poput talenta. Mnogi ljudi imaju neki talent koji koriste u određenom području. Svako ljudsko biće nosi skrivenu mogućnost novih ideja, ali se te vještine i mogućnosti moraju znati koristiti i usavršavati. Danas ljudi brzo mijenjaju svoje ideje, koncepte, teorije i ideologije. Da bi poduzeća bila uspješna, ona moraju biti kreativna i drugačija te razvijati svoju inovativnost. Tema ovog rada je inovacije i kreativnost u praksi. U ovom radu predstavlja se ideja da je kreativnost važan dio procesa inovacija koje su važna komponenta u poduzeću.
Abstract (english)
On the world market, the company is increasingly focusing on innovations and creativity. Innovation is the driving force of enterprise development that increases productivity and competitiveness of the economy, as well as new employment opportunities. Enterprises are becoming increasingly aware that knowledge and intellectual capital are the most important factors of successful work, including man and his knowledge, flexibility, energy, and creativity. Creativity is like talent. Many people have some talent that they use in a particular area. Every human being carries a hidden possibility of new ideas, but those skills and opportunities must be able to use and refine them. Today people quickly change their ideas, concepts, theories and ideologies. To make businesses successful, they must be creative and different and develop their innovativeness. The theme of this paper is innovation and creativity in practice. This paper presents the idea that creativity is an important part of the innovation process that is an important component in the enterprise.
