Abstract
Za mnoga poduzeća, posebno mala i srednja koja posluju u današnje vrijeme, kreativnost može imati veliki značaj. Kreativnost je na taj način poslovni resurs poduzeća. Kao i svakim drugim resursom, kreativnošću je potrebno upravljati. Nositelji kreativnosti su ljudi koje moderna ekonomska teorija prepoznaje kao temeljne pokretače poduzeća. Kako bi kreativnost došla do izražaja u poduzeću, potrebno ju je poticati. Poticanje kreativnosti može se odviti kroz različite stilove vodstva i motiviranje. Poznato je kako samo zadovoljan zaposlenik može davati svoj maksimum. Slijedom toga, zadovoljni zaposlenik moći će biti kreativniji ukoliko je zadovoljan. Zato je vrlo važno da se zaposlenicima i njihovom kreativnošću upravlja na odgovarajući način. Stoga, poduzeće koje želi biti kreativno i koje je orijentirano na inovacije, otkrića i sl. mora ulagati napore u poticanje kreativnosti. To će donijeti koristi i za samo poduzeće te poslovni uspjeh, ali i za zaposlenike. Slijedom toga, poticanje kreativnosti može rezultirati obostranim koristima. Ovaj rad bavi se upravo poticanjem kreativnosti kroz vođenje i motiviranje.
Abstract (english)
For many companies, especially small and middle ones which do business nowadays, creativity may have great significance. In that way, creativity is one of company's resources. Like with every other resource, creativity needs to be managed too. Holders of creativity are people which modern economic theory sees as key power of companies. In order for creativity to get its full potential, it needs to be stimulated. Stimulating the creativity can be achieved by different leadership styles and motivation. It is well known that only satisfied employees can give their full potential. For that reason it is important that employees and creativity are managed in a proper way. Therefore, companies which are trying to be creative and which are oriented on innovations must put effort in stimulating creativity. That will result in benefits for business itself, but also for employees. Therefore, stimulating the creativity may result with mutual benefits. This paper deals exactly with stimulating the creativity through leadership and motivation.
