Abstract
Sve je veći broj istraživanja koja utvrđuju i mjere zadovoljstvo potrošača. Svi poslovni subjekti koji se bave prodajom i proizvodnjom usluga i dobara nastoje pronaći i utvrditi način da svoj output učine drugačijim i tržištu zanimljivim, kako bi kod kupaca izazvali želju za posjedovanjem. Kupac tada u tom slučaju ima mogućnost izbora i svoju odluku donosi u skladu sa svojim željama i mogućnostima. U današnjem globalnom poslovanju poslovni subjekti moraju poznavati i shvatiti ponašanja kupaca, njihove želje i mogućnosti te u konačnici proizvesti upravo takav proizvod koji će im odgovarati. Među čimbenicima koji utječu na ponašanje kupca zasigurno pripada i informacija o zemlji podrijetla proizvoda. Isticanje zemlje podrijetla kao informacijskog simbola na ambalaži proizvoda može značiti prednost u procesu donošenja odluka o kupnji. Rezultati ovog istraživanja govore kako domaći potrošači preferiraju hrvatski proizvod, kao i da su zadovoljni njegovom kvalitetom, ali da u slučaju više cijene domaćeg proizvoda utjecaj domaćeg slabi.
Abstract (english)
There is an increasing number of researches that determine and measure consumer satisfaction. All business entities involved in the sale and production of services and goods try to find and determine the way in which their output is different and interesting on the market, to cause customers a desire to own. The buyer then has the choice of choice and makes his decision in accordance with his wishes and possibilities. In these situations, business entities need to know the way customers behave, their desire and ability and ultimately produce the product that will suit them. Among the factors affecting the behavior of the buyer certainly belongs the information on the country of origin of the product. Highlighting a country of origin as an information symbol on a product's packaging can be an advantage in the process of making purchasing decisions. The results of this study show that domestic consumers prefer the Croatian product as well as that they are satisfied with its quality but that in case of more domestic product prices the domestic influence is weak.
