Abstract
Danas je za svako poduzeće od iznimne važnosti da menadžment u što kraćem roku može planirati odvijanje poslovnih procesa, organizirati procese, odlučivati, angažirati resurse te kontinuirano vršiti proces poboljšanja poslovanja, a to je mogu jedno uz odgovarajuće informacije. Dobrom informacijskom osnovicom može se smatrati ona koja pravovremeno osigurava kritičnu masu relevantnih informacija koje omogućuju odlučivanje. Bitni elementi svake informacije su kvaliteta, kvantiteta te vrijednost u vremenu. Kod informacija su od iznimne važnosti poslovni informacijski sustavi. Poslovni se informacijski sustavi kreiraju i projektiraju kako bi se stvorile što kvalitetnije informacije koje doprinose rješavanju poslovnih problema. Svaki poslovni informacijski sustav u poduzeću ima nekoliko ključnih zadataka gdje se ističe pokrivanje poslovne transakcije, osiguranje potrebne informacije u odgovarajućem vremenu i upotrebljivom formatu za svakog menadžera. Osim navedenog, poslovni informacijski sustav bavi se upravljanjem svih tokova podataka i informacija – od samog izvora informacije pa sve do menadžera koji informacije koriste kod poslovnog odlučivanja. Svaki se poslovi informacijski sustav sastoji od sljedećih komponenti: materijalno – tehničkih, nematerijalnih, ljudskih, mrežnih te organizacijskih komponenti. Osim navedenog, svaki poslovno informacijski sustav prolazi kroz koncept životnog ciklusa koji se sastoji od faze inicijalizacije, faze ekspanzije, faze konsolidacije i faze zrelosti sustava. U budućnosti će za svako poduzeće biti važno da se vrši kontinuirano ulaganje u obrazovanje menadžmenta i ulaganje u poslovni informacijski sustav jer će se samo tako moći opstati na sve suvremenijem tržištu kada je potrebno djelovati i donositi poslovne odluke u što kraćem roku. :
Abstract (english)
Today, it is extremely important for every company that management can plan business processes as quickly as possible, organize processes, decide, engage resources, and continually carry out a business improvement process, and this can be done with appropriate information. A good information base can be considered as a timely provision of a critical mass of relevant information that enables decision making. The essential elements of each information are quality, quantity and value in time. Information information is of utmost importance to business information systems. Business information systems are designed to create high-quality information that helps solve business problems. The key tasks of the information system in the enterprise are to provide computer coverage of business transactions and to provide the necessary information to managers in a timely and usable format. The enterprise information system manages the data streams and information from their sources to the managers who will use them. Each business information system consists of the following components: material - technical, non - material, human, network and organizational components. In addition, every business information system goes through the lifecycle concept which consists of the initialization phase, the expansion phase, the consolidation phase, and the maturity phase of the system. In the future, it will be important for every company to continue investing in management education and investing in a business information system as it will only be able to survive on a more contemporary market when it is necessary to act and make business decisions in the shortest possible time.
