Abstract
Završni rad na temu 'Korporacijsko poduzetništvo ' potaknut je željom da se istraži razina poduzetničkog ponašanja u velikoj korporaciji, odnosno dokazivanje kako i korporacije, jednako kao i mali te srednji poduzetnici, moraju djelovati poduzetnički kako bi opstale i nastavile svoj rast i razvitak. Tijekom pisanja završnog rada korišteni su razni internetski članci, power point prezentacije kolegija Korporacijsko poduzetništvo, časopisi, knjige, a samom radu najviše je pridonio intervju s voditeljicom poslovnice trgovačkog poduzeća. Voditeljica je odgovorila na tri upitnika: Mjerenje poduzetničkog intenziteta korporacije, Mjerenje okoline korporacije, Mjerenje poduzetničke klime u korporaciji. Upitnici su ujedno i baza završnog rada jer se pomoću njih najviše može ući u suštinu intenziteta poduzetničkog ponašanja unutar korporacije te uvidjeti razni oblici aktivnosti koji potiču poduzetničko ponašanje.Osim ispunjenih upitnika, voditeljica je prenijela brojne svakodnevne situacije i odluke koje trgovačko poduzeće čine toliko uspješnim te cijenjenim među kupcima. Primjerice, uvođenje novih proizvoda, novih usluga te sami način ophođenja prema kupcima. Sve navedeno pokazalo je kako trgovačko poduzeće svakodnevno poduzetnički djeluje, kupci su to prepoznali, a glavni dokaz tomu jest uspješnost poslovanja koje se očituje u stalnom širenju korporacije te otvaranju novih poslovnica, novih radnih mjesta, ali i ono najbitnije – zadržavanje postojeće kvalitete te postojećeg standarda, unatoč stalnom širenju. Osim toga, korporacija provodi širenje na potpuno nova područja, odnosno ulazi na nove tržišne niše, poput obrazovanja i školovanja novih kadrova putem projekta pod nazivom dualni studij. Nakon provedenog istraživanja metodom upitnika te intervjuom s voditeljicom poslovnice, došlo se do zaključka kako poduzetničko ponašanje i uspješnost ove korporacije kreće od najnižih hijerarhijskih redova prema najvišima.
Abstract (english)
Final paper on subject 'Corporate entrepreneurship' is boosted by desire to investigate level of corporate behavior in a big corporation, apropos proving that corporations, same as small and medium entrepreneurs, must react corporative to survive and continue their growth and development. Different internet articles, power point presentations of college Corporate entrepreneurship, magazines and books were used during writing final paper but interview with the head of the branch contributed mostly. Head of the branch has answered on the three questionnaires: Measuring corporative intensity of corporation, Measuring environment of corporation and Measuring corporative climate in corporation. Questionnaires are basis of final paper because using them you can get in essence of intensity of corporative behavior within corporation and see different activities which encouraged corporative behavior. Except filled questionnaires head of the branch communicate a lot of everyday situations and decisions which made this trading company/corporation so successfully and respectable among customers. For example, introduction of new products, new services and way of behavior toward customers. Everything stated showed that this trading company/corporation act corporative everyday, customers recognized that, and the main proof of that is business success which is manifested by constantly spreading of corporation. opening new branches and jobs and the most important thing – keeping existing quality and standard despite constantly growth. Furthermore, observed trading company/corporation entering new areas – new market niches like staff education through dual study project. After research it can be assumed that corporative behavior of and success of this trading company/corporation start from bottom to top.
