Abstract
U ovom radu istraživao se utjecaj informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije (ICT-a) na industriju osiguranja. Provedenom analizom došlo se do pokazatelja kako ICT tehnologija značajno utječe poslovanje osiguravajućih društava te je došlo do porasta kvalitetnije provedbe osiguranja usprkos postojećoj ekonomskoj krizi. Pristupilo se analizi pojma i značenja ICT – a te njegovog utjecaja na poslovanje osiguravajućih društava: Triglav osiguranje, Croatia osiguranje i Wiener osiguranje. Riječi je bilo o ICT tehnologiji i njezinoj primjeni u industriji osiguranja i o načinima educiranja ICT tehnologiji. U radu, dan je kratak osvrt na industriju osiguranja, odnosno, pojam, sudionici, zakonski okvir, funkcije osiguranja. Funkcije osiguranja uključuju mobilizacijsko-alokacijsku funkciju i društveno-socijalnu funkcija. Time su stvoreni preduvjeti za analizu osiguravajućih društava na utjecaja ICT – a na industriju osiguranja, i to posebice analizu utjecaja implementacije Customer Relatonship Managementa (CRM) – a koji je važna komponenta ICT – a i njegove primjene u uslužnim djelatnostima poput industrije osiguranja. Nakon toga predočen je zaključak na ovu temu rada.
Abstract (english)
This paper explored the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on the insurance industry. The analysis provided an indication that ICT technology has a significant impact on the operations of insurance companies and there has been an increase in quality of insurance implementation despite the current economic crisis. An analysis of the notion and meaning of ICT and its impact on the business of insurance companies was provided: Triglav Insurance, Croatia Insurance, and Wiener Insurance. In addition to this, significant research on ICT technology and its application in the insurance industry and research on the ways of educating ICT technology go on. In the paper, there is a brief overview of the insurance industry, ie, concept, participants, legal framework, insurance functions. Security functions include mobilization-allocation function and socio-social function. This is why preconditions for the analysis of ICT influence on the insurance industry, in particular the impact analysis of the implementation of CRM, is an important component of ICT and its application in service activities such as the insurance industry. Subsequently, a conclusion was reached on this topic of work.
