Abstract
Korporacijsko poduzetništvo se u užem smislu veže uz formalne i neformalne aktivnosti kojima je cilj kreiranje novih pothvata unutar postojećeg poduzeća. U ovom radu mjerit će se poduzetnički intenzitet i poduzetnička klima korporacije na temelju kojih se uspostavlja održiva razina korporacijskog poduzetništva. Ovim radom prvenstveno je dan teorijski dio korporacijskog poduzetništva. Rad se dotiče i poduzetništva, vanjskog i unutarnjeg okruženja te korporacije Hrvatske šume d.o.o. u kojoj je provedena anketa. Na temelju pisanja ovog završnog rada provedena je anketa mjerenje poduzetničkog intenziteta korporacije te upitnik mjerenje poduzetničke klime u korporaciji. Cilj provedbe ove ankete je dobivanja percepcije o „klimi“ koja vlada u korporaciji, odnosno u kojoj mjeri ona potiče i motivira zaposlenike na poduzetničko djelovanje. Hrvatske šume d.o.o. su korporacija na kojoj je provedena anketa tj, procjena poduzetniče performanse. Danas su troslojno organizirano trgovačko društvo u vlasništvu države. Pri pisanju završnog rada, alat koji je korišten je anketa koju je ispunila jedna ispitanica tj. djelatnica srednjeg menadžmenta u korporaciji Hrvatske šume d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
Corporate entrepreneurship is, in the narrow sense, associated with formal and informal activities aimed at creating new ventures within an existing company. In this paper entrepreneurial intensity and entrepreneurial climate of corporation will be measured based on which a sustainable level of corporate entrepreneurship is established on. This work is primarily a theoretical part of corporate entrepreneurship. Work also touches entrepreneurship of external and internal environment and the Hrvatske šume in which a survey was conducted. Based on the writing of this final paper, a survey was carried out to measure the corporate intensity of the corporation and to measure the entrepreneurial climate in the corporation. The aim of the survey is to obtain the perception of "climate" that governs in the corporation, and to what extent it stimulates and motivates employees to entrepreneurial activity. Hrvatske šume is the corporation on which a survey was conducted, i.e, an entrepreneur's performance estimate. Today, three-layered state-owned company. While writing the final paper, the tools used were a survey that was filled by one respondent, i.e middle management employee of the Hrvatske šume.
