Abstract
Današnje poslovno okruženje je više no ikad izloženo promjenama i kompleksnom poslovanju što dovodi do mijenjanja organizacijskih struktura iz prošlosti i prilagođavanja novim uvjetima. Pritom se u suvremenom poslovanju sve češće ističe uloga tima pri čemu nestaju podjele rada čineći organizaciju plićom što pozitivno utječe na fleksibilnost i uspješnost poslovanja. Upravo se ovaj rad bavi ulogom tima u poslovnom sustavu. Kroz teorijski dio rada navode se najvažnije odrednice timskog rada i timska organizacije dok se u empirijskom dijelu rada predmet istraživanja objašnjava na primjerima iz prakse što na kraju krajeva dovodi do zaključaka o važnosti timskog rada u suvremenom poslovanju.
Abstract (english)
Today's business environment is more exposed to change and complex business, leading to changing organizational structures from the past and adapting to new conditions. As a result of modern business, the team's role is increasingly emphasized and the division of labor is lost, making the foreshiping organization a positive influence on the flexibility and efficiency of the business. This paper deals with the role of a team in the business system. Through the theoretical part of the paper, the most important determinants of teamwork and team organization are mentioned, while in the empirical part the subject of the research is explained in practice examples, which ultimately leads to conclusions on the importance of teamwork in modern business.
