Abstract
U ovome radu govorit će se o temi Reinženjeringa i organizacije koja uči. Pojam reinženjering odnosi se na temeljito i radikalno redizajniranje poslovnih procesa kako bi se postigla dramatična poboljšanja u kvaliteti, usluzi, proizvodu te trošku poslovanja. Četiri su ključne riječi koje označavaju reinženjering temeljno, radikalno, dramatično i proces Te reiženjering nekoga poslovanja mora proći kroz sve to da bi postigao ono što želi. Mali je postotak organizacija koje započnu reinženjering i uspješno ga dovrše jer je potrebno znanje i sposobnost da bi se transformacija uspješno obavila. Uz pojam reinženjeringa se nadovezuje i organizacija koja uči to je u biti organizacija koja je shvatila da učenje i novo znanje postaju ključ uspjeha, a obrazovanje je krucijalno za buduće bogatstvo. Organizacija koja uči nema u cilju da se stvari samo nauče već da se to znanje iskoristi kroz zajedničke promjene koje će se primijeniti u organizaciji. Ako organizacija dođe do točke u kojoj se može nazvati organizacija koja uči tada će to postati njenom početnom točkom za upravljanjem znanjem. Sve promjene koje se pokreću kako reinženjering tako i postajanje organizacije koja uči kreću od vrha organizacije. Za sve te promjene bitan je dobar i kvalitetan vođa te cilj koji je postavljen. Potrebno je da se svi uključe u postizanje toga cilja te da svojim znanjima i vještinama pomognu u uspjehu projekta kojega su započeli.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper are reengineering and learning organisation. FIThe term of reengineering regards to in-depth and radical redesign of business processes so it could achieve dramatic improvement in quality, service and business expenses. Reengineering must go through all of the above to achieve its goals. There are few members of organisations that start reengineering and are successful to complete it because it is necessary to have the knowledge and abilities so that the transformations could be successfully completed. Learning organisation, relating to reengineering, is an organisation that understands that learning and new knowledge is a key to success and education is crucial to future wealth. Learning organisation doesn't have a goal to simply learn but to use that knowledge through common change that will be implemented in the organisation. If the organisation comes to the point in which could call itself a learning organisation then it will become its origin for knowledge management. All the changes that are developing start from the top of the organisation and for all the changes is important to have a good and high quality leader and a goal. It is necessary that all are included in achieving that goal and that their knowledge and skills are used to help accomplish the success of the started project.
