Abstract
Elektronička trgovina je u današnje vrijeme sve raširenija i modernija. Većina kućanstava ima pristup Internetu i time omogućen pristup naručivanju proizvoda. Ljudi kupuju online zbog udobnosti jer tako štede vrijeme i smanjuju se gužve.Kao sastavni dio elektroničkog poslovanja elektronička trgovina omogućava svojim kupcima naručivanje proizvoda putem Interneta. Budućnost e-trgovine leži u njezinoj dostupnosti. Hrvatska zaostaje po korištenju etrgovine za drugim zemljama Europske unije. Trgovci si više neće moći priuštiti ignoriranje Interneta kao prodajnog kanala pa će morati svoje poslovanje usmjeriti upravo prema virtualnim tržištima. U radu se razrađuje elektronička trgovina u Republici Hrvatskoj i suvremeni trendovi e-trgovine. Država, a osobito Ministarstvo gospodarstva kao regulator tržišnih uvjeta ima velik utjecaj na razvoj e-trgovine.
Abstract (english)
Electronic commerce is more and more modern today. Most households have access to the Internet and thus have access to ordering products. People buy online for comfort because it saves time and reduces crowds. As an integral part of electronic business, e-commerce enables customers to order products via the Internet. The future of e-commerce lies in its availability. Croatia lags behind using e-commerce for other European Union countries. Traders will no longer be able to afford to ignore the Internet as a sales channel and will have to focus their business on virtual markets. The paper deals with electronic commerce in the Republic of Croatia and contemporary e-commerce trends. The state, and in particular the Ministry of the Economy as a regulator of market conditions, has a major impact on the development of e-commerce.
