Abstract
Komunikacija je od iznimne važnosti u poslovnom svijetu, a niti jedna organizacija ne bi bila uspješna ukoliko nema uspješnu komunikaciju. Važno je obratiti pozornost na verbalnu, ali i na neverbalnu komunikaciju, pogotovo kod prvog susreta s nekim. Prvi dojam je izuzetno važan te treba voditi računa o rukovanju, načinu oblačenja, tonu glasa, nakitu, držanju i slično. Brojna istraživanja su pokazala kako je bitniji način na koji smo nešto rekli od onoga što je izrečeno, a neverbalna komunikacija čini čak 93% ukupne komunikacije. Današnje okruženje nameće i od organizacija zahtijeva suvremene oblike poslovne komunikacije. Tako danas društvene mreže poput Facebooka, Instagrama i Twittera imaju veliku i ključnu ulogu u odnosu poduzeća i njegovih klijenata te u poslovanju same organizacije. Pomoću njih omogućeno je brzo i jednostavno komuniciranje sa poslovnim partnerima, potencijalnim kupcima i ostalim zainteresiranim stranama. Najviše se koristi u marketingu, a potrebno je na što kreativniji način zainteresirati publiku i prenijeti poruku koju želimo.
Abstract (english)
Communication is extremely important in the business world, and if there wasn’t for the successful communication none of the organization would be successful. It is important to pay attention to the verbal, but also to nonverbal communication, especially when you meet someone for the first time. The first impression is very important and one should think about the handshakes, what he wears, one’s tone of voice, jewelry, posture and other. A number of researches have shown that the way some thing is said is more important than what we actually say, and that the nonverbal communication makes 93% of the total communication. Today’s surroundings impose and require contemporary forms of business communication from the organizations. So nowadays, social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter have a key role in the relationship of companies and its clients and also in the management of the organization itself. Using them quick and simple communication with business partners, potential buyers and other interested parties is enabled. It is used in the marketing the most, it is necessary to interest the audience in the most creative way and to deliver them es sage we want.
