Abstract
Optimalna logistička strategija važan je dio svakog uspješnog poslovnog subjekta. Ona ne predstavlja samo način na koji se odvijaju logističke operacije, već spaja proizvodne aktivnosti zajedno s onim logističkim kako bi poslovni subjekt imao preduvjete za uspjeh na tržištu. Međunarodno tržište, iako slično onom domaćem, ipak ima svoje specifičnosti u pogledu dodatnih izazova i veće konkurencije. Takvo tržište čini poslovnu okolinu koja utječe na odabir logističkih strategija (najčešće putem zakonskih regulativa) i tako usmjerava logističke i proizvodne aktivnosti u smjeru koji ponekad nije onaj kojeg poslovni subjekt želi koristiti. Uz to, na odabir logističke strategije utječe i način transporta koji koristi poslovni subjekt. Teško je za očekivati da će se ustaljeni način transporta roba i usluga mijenjati, što znači da uz međunarodnu okolinu, pri odabiru logističkih strategija vrlo važnu ulogu ima i transport. Sintezom svih tih čimbenika, poslovni subjekt treba odabrati optimalnu strategiju kako bi povećalo sigurnost isporuke, smanjilo vrijeme čekanja, osiguralo optimalne razine zaliha i tako učinilo potrošače uvijek zadovoljnima.
Abstract (english)
Optimal logistics strategy is an important part of every successful business entity. It is not just the way logistic operations are carried out, but it combines production activities together with the logistics so that the business entity has the preconditions for success on the market. The international market, although similar to the domestic one, still has its specifics in terms of additional challenges and greater competition. Such market makes a business environment that affects the choice of logistics strategies (mostly through legal regulations) and thus directs logistical and proactive activities in the direction that sometimes is not what the business entity wants to use. Additionally, the choice of logistics strategy is influenced by the mode of transport used by the business entity. It is difficult to expect that the established mode of transport of goods and services will change, which means that in the international environment, transport logistics has a very important role in the selection of logistics strategies. With the synthesis of all these factors, the business entity should choose the optimum strategy to increase delivery security, reduce waiting time, ensure optimal stock levels and thus make consumers always satisfied.
