Abstract
Živimo u vremenu kada jednim klikom dolazimo do informacija koje su nam potrebne. Razvojem tehnologije, omogućeno nam je da dolazimo do tih informacija i putem našeg mobilnog uređaja pa je tako mobilni uređaj postao važno sredstvo u marketingu. Stoga danas tvrtke prilagođavaju i proširuju svoje marketinške strategije i na mobilne uređaje. Više nije dovoljno imati samo web stranicu ili aplikaciju, potrebno je stvarati inovativna rješenja koja će proizvod činiti jedinstvenim i neophodnim. Upravo u tome pomažu komponente koje predstavljaju sadašnjost i budućnost mobilnog marketinga. U ovom diplomskom radu prikazan je što je to mobilni marketing i njegova važnost, trendovi i alati te komponente mobilnog marketinga. Detaljno su objašnjene i opisane komponente mobilnog marketinga u koje ubrajamo SMS i MMS poruke, programi izravnog dopisivanja, QR kod, NFC, Beacon, virtualna i proširena stvarnost te geolokacijski marketing. Za potrebe ovog rada su se koristili sekundarni izvori informacija, prikupljeni na temelju knjiga, internetskih izvora i članaka kako bi se dublje istražila tematika samog rada.
Abstract (english)
We live in a time when you can get the information you need with one click. With the development of technology, we are able to access this information through our mobile device, so the mobile device has become an important tool in the marketing. Today, the companies are adapting and expanding its marketing strategies to mobile devices. It's no longer enough to just have website or application, now it's necessary to create innovative solutions that will make products unique and necessary. This is exactly why components that represent the present and future of mobile marketing help. This graduate paper presents what is mobile marketing and its importance, its trends, tools and components of mobile marketing. The components of mobile marketing are explained and described in detail, which include SMS and MMS messages, direct correspondence programs, QR code, NFC, Beacon, virtual and augmented reality and geolocating marketing. Secondary sources of information are used for the purposes of this paper, based on books, Internet sources and articles in order to further explore the topic of the paper.
