Abstract
It menadžment sastavni je dio poslovanja svake veće organizacije. U današnje vrijeme kada tehnologija napreduje iz dana u dan, cilj svakog poduzeća i sportske organizacije je biti u korak s trendovima. Pomoću razvijene informacijske tehnologije i razvijenog sustava poslovanja, sportska organizacije će svoje poslovanje podići na veću razinu. Sport i sportsko poslovanje se uvelike razlikuje sad i prije desetak do petnaest godina. Sport je postao industrija zabave koja svojim sadržajem potrošačima i navijačima pruža maksimalno iskustvo. Pomoću informacijske tehnologije u sportu i sportskom poslovanju, sudionicima i korisnicima je nikad lakše doći do željene informacije. Razvitkom interneta razvilo se i e-poslovanje koje je omogućilo sportskim organizacijama da prošire svoje poslovanje na brojne druge segmente osim prodaje karata. Sportski događaj postao je samo dio onoga što se zapravo potrošaču kroz proizvod nudi. Marketing je u tom smislu ima značajnu ulogu, istraživanjem tržišta kroz informacijske sustave i upravljanjem klijentima stvorene su velike baze podataka, koje će kasnije poslužiti kao model po kojem će se profilirati savršeni obožavatelj.
Abstract (english)
IT management is an integral part of the business of any major organization. In today's time when technology is advancing day by day, the goal of every company and sports organization is to keep up with trends. With the help of developed information technology and a developed business system, sports organizations will raise their business to a higher level. Sports and sports business are very different now and ten to fifteen years ago. Sport has become an entertainment industry that provides maximum experience to consumers and fans with its content. With the help of information technology in sports and sports business, it is never easier for participants and users to get the information they want. With the development of the Internet, e-business has also developed, which has enabled sports organizations to expand their business to numerous segments other than ticket sales. A sporting event has become just a part of what is actually offered to the consumer through the product. Marketing has a significant role in this regard, market research through information systems and customer management have created large databases, which will later serve as a model for profiling the perfect fan.
