Abstract
Emocionalna inteligencija zauzima sve veću važnost u poslovnom svijetu. Poslodavci zahtijevaju od svojih zaposlenika ne samo prisutnost opće već i emocionalne inteligencije. Ovaj završni rad bavi se analizom utjecaja emocionalne inteligencije na zaposlenike. Analizira se razlika između opće i emocionalne inteligencije te se pokušava objasniti kako ona utječe na posao. U radu se navodi kratak opis emocija te emocionalne inteligencije. Opisuje se važnost emocionalne inteligencije na poslu, njen odnos s IQ-om te kako se ona može izmjeriti. Pošto se pojam emocionalne inteligencije može povezati s liderima, na primjeru Elona Muska je objašnjen odnos lidera s istaknutom emocionalnom inteligencijom prema zaposlenicima i kupcima. Lideri moraju biti osobe koje znaju pravilno reagirati u svim situacijama te mora imati određene osobine poput samopouzdanja i samosvijesti koje su opisane u radu. Pojava pojma emocionalne inteligencije zahtjeva od ljudi prilagodbu i razvoj. Boljom komunikacijom između lidera i zaposlenika osigurano je povećanje motivacije i efektivnosti. U radu su također navedeni testovi emocionalne inteligencije te vježbe koje služe za razvoj emocionalne inteligencije
Abstract (english)
Emotional intelligence is becoming increasingly more important in the business world. Employers require from their employees not only the presence of general but also emotional intelligence. This final paper deals with the analysis of the impact of emotional intelligence on employees. The difference between general and emotional intelligence is analyzed in an attempt to explain how it affects work. The paper provides a brief description of emotions and emotional intelligence. It describes the importance of emotional intelligence at work, its relationship to IQ, and how it can be measured. Since the notion of emotional intelligence can be related to leaders, on the example of Elon Musk the relationship between leaders with high emotional intelligence and their employees and customers is described. Leaders should be people who know how to react properly in all situations and must have certain qualities such as selfconfidence and self-awareness that are described in the paper. The emergence of the concept of emotional intelligence requires people to adapt and develop. Better communication between leaders and employees ensures increased motivation and effectiveness. The paper also lists tests of emotional intelligence and exercises that serve to develop emotional intelligence.
