Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada odnosi se na suvremene metode internacionalizacije. Prema tome, dan je teorijski i primjerima potkrijepljeni osvrt na ovu temu. Primjeri su navedeni kako bi približili i pobliže objasnili suvremene metode internacionalizacije. Poslovni subjekti radi širenja svoga poslovanja i zasićenosti domaćeg tržišta prisiljeni su na usmjeravanje na inozemna tržišta. Ključni segment koji poslovni subjekti moraju uzimati u obzir prije samog nastupa na inozemnom tržištu jest sustav odnosno okruženje koje okružuje tržište na kojem se želi poslovati. Pogrešno odnosno nikakvo proučavanje okruženja može navesti menadžment na donošenje krivih i u nekim slučajevima ključnih grešaka koje mogu voditi i do propasti. U ovome radu prikazane su moguće strategije orijentacije poslovnog subjekta na inozemna tržišta. Na temelju primjera iz Hrvatske i svijeta prikazane su metode internacionalizacije kao što su izvoz, slobodne zone, lizing, licencirane proizvodnje, te franšize. Poslovni subjekti odlučuju se o načinu na koji će internacionalizirati svoje poslovanje. Osim navođenja metoda internacionalizacije prikazani su i njihovi čimbenici (prednosti, nedostaci, itd.) koji ih opisuju. Prilikom donošenja odluke posebnu važnost imaju informacije prikupljene o tržištima na koja se želi izaći. Radom se želi prikazati važnost koju nosi proces internacionalizacije njezine prednosti, prepreke te motive koje poslovni subjekti imaju prilikom ulaska na ta tržišta.
Abstract (english)
The theme of this graduate paper relates to the modern methods of internalization. Because of that, I've mentioned theoretical and practical examples to review this theme. Examples are mentioned to explain modern methods of internalization. Enterprises need to enter international markets to expand their business mostly because of domestic market saturation. Key segment that business subject need to consider entering international markets is environment of a market that enterprise wants to join. If business subject doesn't research and study markets they want to enter, it could lead to some business mistakes that could rack the company. There are lots of different strategies business subject use entering international markets, and they are explained in this paper. Based on examples from Croatia and world shows the methods of internalization, such as export, free zones, leasing, licensed production, and franchises. Furthermore, I've mentioned also factors (like advantages and disadvantages) that explain these methods. Information about target markets are very important for internationalization of a company. Importance of internalization, it's advantages, obstacles and motives that companies have to enter international markets are specified in this paper.
