More than half of the population on our planet lives in the cities and uses more than 80% of available resources. Due to accelerated growth, scientist and experts across the world are dedicated to develop smart cities so that the population would suffer less and for the world to work better with anticipated billions and billions of people. Together with the institutions and enforced laws, human resources, science, technology and political regulation, new innovative solutions are being developed and agreed and smart cities are being projected. Such city is seeking for better air and water quality, more natural resources and in general better living standards. Cities are symbol and center of many aspects that will make our planet smarter: better education, better public safety, better traffic, management, etc. Smart city has become a catchword in urban planning and in academic life as well as inspiration for many articles in business and science magazines. Realization of the “Smart city“ is very important phase on the path of the development of future integrated cities, which will allow harmonized functioning of the complicated systems from different fields. The goal is to bring together intelligence and the spirit of the city and make it as the place of living for its satisfied and happy citizens.
