At the beginning of the final paper, the very notion of communication as the basis for human interaction, the history of communication, as well as forms of communication will be discussed and I will explain the process of successful communication in detail. In the middle part of this paper, business communication will be the topic, given the fact that it is an important part of organization and management. Everyone is constantly communicating, messages are being transmitted, correspondence is taken, and information is being exchanged and processed. Management notifies the organization on strategies, issues warrants and instructions and submits reports on done deals. Every employee has to send and receive information in order to do his or her job. The final part of the paper deals with public relations as a tool of communication. Public relations are of integral importance for companies to create credibility and trust. Public relations strategies are a basic step for the status and future development of a company. Regardless of the fact how efficient an organization is, it cannot have the desired effect if the public and its consumers are not aware of the success and the contribution of company or brand. The importance of public relations lies in educating and informing the audience on the contributions of the company. In doing so, it improves brand recognition and makes it more relevant to the public.
