Abstract
Predmet ovog rada je utjecaj okoline na poduzeće s menadžerske perspektive. Ciljevi rada su istražiti aktualna događanja i dinamičnost tržišta, koji u današnje vrijeme utječu na poslovanje te proučiti i analizirati moguće reakcije i ulogu menadžera kada je u pitanju utjecaj okoline na poduzeće. Na suvremeno poduzeće utječu čimbenici iz interne i eksterne okoline. Interna okolina obuhvaća čimbenike unutar poduzeća, a eksterna čimbenike van poduzeća. Internu okolinu čine: organizacijska struktura, organizacijska kultura i organizacijski resursi. Eksternu okolinu čine: ekonomska, tehnološka, socio-kulturna, politička i pravna te poslovna okolina. Analiza utjecaja okoline sastoji se od nekoliko koraka. Potrebno je okvirno sagledati i pobrojati sve relevantne čimbenike koji se odnose na određenu organizaciju. Potom je potrebno identificirati sve relevantne informacije koje se odnose na specifičnu situaciju. Sukladno obavljenom, potrebno je donijeti zaključke i poslovne odluke temeljem informacija i saznanja do kojih se došlo.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is influence of the environment on a business from managerial perspective. The goals of this paper are to examine actualities and market's dynamics and the role of managers when it comes to influence of the environment on a business. There are many factors from internal and external environment which have impact on nowadays company. Internal environment comprehends factors within company, and external comprehend factors outside of company. Internal environment comprehends: organizational structure, organizational culture and organizational resources. External environment comprehends: economic, technologic, socio-culture, political and legal and business environment. It is necessary to have a close look and count all of the relevant factors which have impact on a certain organization. Next it's necessary to identify all of the relevant information which regards to specific situation. According to the done work, it is necessary to make conclusions and business decisions based on information and findings which are determined.
