Abstract
Pregovaranje kao ključni poslovni proces od izuzetnog je značaja za svaki poslovni odnos. Moglo bi se reći da danas ne možemo dobro poslovati ukoliko ne znamo dobro pregovarati, odnosno nemamo dobre pregovarače za zaposlenike. Biti dobar pregovarač ne znači nužno roditi se s tom vještinom, nego znači učiti ju, vježbati i usavršavati tijekom godina i karijere. Dobar će pregovarač uvijek pripremljen dolaziti na poslovne susrete sa što više prikupljenih informacija o drugoj strani s kojom će pregovarati. Služiti će se nekom od brojnih strategija i taktika, no nikada neće „igrati prljavo“ već će se truditi izgraditi pošten i iskren odnos sa sugovornikom, poštujući njegove motive, želje i stavove. Svoje, ali i tuđe dragocjeno vrijeme neće gubiti na „slijepe ulice“, a također će se dobro nositi sa stresom i svim ostalim zaprekama na koje je moguće naići tijekom pregovora.
Abstract (english)
Negotiation as a main business process has very important meaning for every business relationship. It could be said that today we can't have a good business if we don't know how to negotiate, in other words, if we don't have good negotiators for employees. Being a good negotiator doesn't necessary mean to be born with that skill but to learn, practice and improve it through the years and career. Good negotiator will always come to business meetings well prepared with as much gathered information about other side as possible. He will use one of many strategies and tactics, but he will never „play dirty“, he will try to build a fair and honest relationship with the other side, respecting their motives, wishes and attitude. He won't waste his or other people's precious time on „dead ends“, and he will also cope well with stress and overcome every other obstacle that is possible to come across during the negotiation.
