Abstract
Završni rad „Mjerenje poduzetničkog djelovanja u Hrvatskim željeznicama“ se bavi obradom teorijskog koncepta poduzetništva, korporacijskog poduzetništva, poduzetničke organizacijske kulture te mjerenja i procjene poduzetničkog djelovanja. Procjena poduzetničkog djelovanja će se dodatno analizirati na primjeru poduzeća Hrvatskog željezničkog putničkog prijevoza. Poduzetništvo je jedna od aktivnosti koje postaju najvažnije oružje poduzeća u borbi s žestokom konkurencijom. Zbog toga je potrebno njegovati poduzetnički duh i način razmišljanja od najnižih do najviših slojeva organizacije. Uz provođenje inovativnih projekata, važno je imati jasno određena pravila za njihovo mjerenje i ocjenjivanje. Poduzeće može provoditi uspješne projekte ali ako nema dobro utvrđen sustav mjerenja i procjene, ne može znati koliko koristi ima od njihovih provođenja. Uz dobro utvrđen sustav mjerenja poduzetničkog djelovanja, poduzeće može saznati koliko točno dobiti ostvaruje na temelju toga djelovanja, može se usporediti s drugim poduzećima, može postaviti ciljeve i formulirati nove strategije te razviti svijest o važnosti poduzetničkog djelovanja diljem poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Final paper "Measuring entrepreneurial performance at The Croatian Railway Ltd." deals with the elaboration of the theoretical concept of entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship entrepreneurial organizational culture and measurement and assessment of entrepreneurial activity. The assessment of entrepreneurial activity will be further analyzed on the example of the Croatian Railway passenger transport company. Entrepreneurship is one of the activities that become the most important weapon against a fierce competition. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit and way of thinking from the lowest to the highest levels of the organization. With the implementation of innovative projects, it is important to have clearly defined rules for their measurement and evaluation. The company can implement successful projects but if it does not have a well-established measurement and evaluation system, it can’t know how much benefit it has from their implementation. Along with a well-established measurement system of entrepreneurial activity, the company can find out income that comes from that activity, can be compared with other companies, set goals and formulate new strategies, and develop awareness of the importance of entrepreneurial activity across the enterprise.
