Abstract
U ovom završnom radu na temu „Uloga tima u poslovnom sustavu“ obrađuje se pojam poslovnog sustava, pojam tima, navode se vrste timova zatim se navode i signali koji čine timove neproduktivnim te kako se postiže efikasnost timova te se prikazuju i kako spriječiti neproduktivnost, te koja je uloga tima u poslovnom sustavu i treba li se na to ulagati dodatni resursi. U prvom dijelu rada prikazat će se, odnosno, definirat će se sami pojam i značenje tima u poslovnom sustavu, vrste timova njegove karakteristike te kako on utječe na poslovanje samog poslovnog subjekta. Za prvi dio koristit će se određena literatura iz raznih izvora kako bi se mogao dobiti bolji uvid u temu. Drugi dio ovog završnog rada bavit će se prikazom timova u poslovnom sustavu, treći će se pak baviti odgovorom na pitanje koliko komunikacija i složnosti tima utječe na poslovni sustav. Četvrti dio ovog završnog rada otkrit će nam donosi li konkurencija u timu više pozitivnih ili više negativnih rezultata. Naposljetku, zaključak će ovog završnog rada u cjelinu spojiti cijeli rad i navesti sve ono najznačajnije iz rada.
Abstract (english)
In this final work on "The role of the team in the business system" we discuss the concept of the outsider, the concept of the team, the types of teams are mentioned, then the signals that make the teams unproductive and how the team's efficiency is achieved and how to prevent unproductiveness which is the role of the team in the business system and whether to invest in additional resources. In the first part of the paper, the concept and the meaning of the team in the business system, the types of teams of its characteristics and how it affects the business of the business entity will be defined. For the first part, certain literature from various sources will be used in order to get a better insight into the subject. The second part of this final work will be to showcase the teams in the business system, the third to address the question of how much communication and complexity the team has on the business system. The fourth part of this final work will reveal whether the competition in the team brings more positive or more negative results. Finally, the conclusion of this final work will merge the entire work and state all the most important of the work.
