Abstract
U ovom radu razmotriti će se franšiza kao način širenja poslovanja za poduzeća koja imaju potencijal rasta i žele ga iskoristiti pokretanjem franšiznog poslovanja i postankom davatelja franšize. Upoznati će se temeljne teoretske odrednice franšize, povijest samog fenomena, utjecaji na gospodarstvo i svjetsku gospodarsku kulturu, pravno-regulativna zbivanja u franšizi, različite vrste franšize, reguliranje odnosa unutar franšize i prilike i prijetnje ulaska u posao davanjem franšize. Na koncu rada kroz praktično sagledavanje širenja poduzeća Edukos centar edukacije, pokušati će se provjeriti u praksi što točno čeka poduzeće koje svoje poslovanje želi širiti putem franšize. Franšiza kao moderan fenomen daje brojne prednosti u odnosu na druge načine širenja i uz pomno istraživanje i rad moguće ih je iskoristiti i tako putem davanja franšize postići znatan rast na tržištu i uspjeh, kojeg poduzeće možda samo širenjem putem svojih vlastitih poslovnica ne bi bilo u mogućnosti ostvariti. U franšiznom sustavu važno je pravilno postaviti stvari od početka, posebno u međusobnom odnosu davatelja i primatelja franšize, poštivati pravila i ugovor o franšizi, voditi računa o konstantnom zajedničkom naporu na poboljšanju poslovanja i stvaranju pozitivne slike o brendu koji se franšizira na tržištu. Primatelj franšize nastupa pod imenom i znakom davatelja te je stoga njegova „produžena ruka“ na novim tržištima i time se obvezuje poštivati sva pravila koja davatelj nalaže, dok je na davatelju da mu pružu svu dogovorenu pomoć i prenese potrebno iskustvo i know how koji posjeduje.
Abstract (english)
This work will review franchising as a way of spreading the business for companys that have the growth potential that they want to use, by starting a franchise business and becoming a franchise provider. The work will give emphasis on theoretical part of franchising, the history of the phenomenom, its impact on the market, and worlds corporate culture, legal acts in franchising, different types of franchises, managing franchise relations, and oportunities and threats of becoming a franchise provider. At the end through observing franchising of the brand of Edukos centar of education there will given an attempt to see what exactly does a company need in order to franchise its business in real world. Franchising as a modern phenoenom gives many advantages in relation to other ways of spreading business and through careful research and work it is possible to use it and generate succes and growth, that wouldn't be possible by just spreading the business on your own. In the franchise system it is important to put things right from the beginning, especialy regarding the relationship between franchisee and franchisor, to follow the rules and agreement, be sure to give best effort on spreading the positive image of the brand on the market by working together. Franchise recipient works under the name and brand of the provider, and thus why he is his „extended arm“ on the new markets, therefor he commits to follow all the rules of the franchise, whilst the provider makes sure he gives him all the needed help, experience and know how that he has.
