Abstract
Glavni zadatak ovog rada je na kvalitetan i zanimljiv način prikazati utjecaj globalizacije na valutu, a posebno na euro. Globalna valuta je ona koja je prihvaćena za trgovinu širom svijeta. Neke od svjetskih valuta su prihvaćene za većinu međunarodnih transakcija, među njima su najpopularniji američki dolar i euro. Drugi naziv za globalnu valutu je valuta rezerviranja. Od globalnih valuta je američki dolar najpopularniji. On čini 64% svih poznatih deviznih rezervi središnje banke, te ga upravo to čini de facto globalnom valutom, iako nema službenu globalnu valutu. Svijet zapravo ima 185 valuta. Sljedeća najbliža globalna valuta je euro. Samo 19,7% poznatih deviznih rezervi središnje banke je bilo u eurima od četvrtog tromjesečja 2016. godine. Mogućnost eura da postane svjetska valuta se povećava nakon krize u eurozoni.
Abstract (english)
The main task of this paper is to present the impact of globalization on the currency, especially on the euro, in a quality and interesting way. The global currency is the one that is accepted for trade around the world. Some of the world's currency are accepted for most international transactions, most popular of the US dollar and the euro. The second name for the global currency is the currency of the reservation. Of global currencies, the US dollar is the most popular. It makes 64% of all known foreign currency funds of the central bank and makes it de facto global currencies, although there is no official global currency. The World currently has 185 currencies. The next nearest global currency is the euro. Only 19.7% of the known foreign currency reserves of the central bank were in euros from the fourth quarter of 2016. The ability to become the world currency increases after the crisis in the eurozone.
