Abstract
U ovom završnom radu, u njegovom prvom dijelu, opisan je menadžment. Prvo je obrađeno nekoliko definicija menadžmenta prema različitim autorima te su zatim ukratko opisane funkcije menadžmenta. Nadalje, u ovom dijelu rada, obrađeno je nekoliko definicija menadžera te su opisane njihove razine odgovornosti, vještine i uloge. U drugom dijelu rada, opisano je vođenje. Definirano je vođenje prema nekoliko autora, zatim se definira vodstvo te se razrađuju njegovi elementi i modeli vodstva – modeli osobina, bihevioristički modeli vodstva, kontigencijski modeli vodstva, suvremeni pristupi vodstvu te ostali stilovi vodstva. U ovom dijelu rada definiran je još i vođa te njegove uloge i obilježja koje ima uspješan vođa. U trećem dijelu završnog rada, koji nosi naslov Razlike između menadžmenta i vođenja, obrađeno je dva podpoglavlja. U podpoglavlju Menadžment i vođenje, obrađeno je što je menadžment, a što vođenje te njihov međusobni odnos i njihove temeljne razlike. U podpoglavlju Menadžeri i vođe opisana je razlika između menadžera i vođa.
Abstract (english)
This final paper, in his first part, describes management. First describes several definition of management by different authors and then describes management functions. Further, in this part of paper, some definition of manager are described and their levels of responsibility, skills and roles . The second part of the paper describes lidership. Lidership is defined by several authors and then is described his elements and models – model of traits, behavioral model of leadership, contingency models of leadership, contemporary approaches to leadership and other styles of leadership. This part of paper defines lider and his roles and features that have a successful leader. In the third part of the final paper, entitled “Differences between management and leadership”, two subchapters are described. Management and leadership are defined in the first subchapter as well as their mutual relationship and fundamental differences. In the subchapter „Managers and Leaders“, the difference between managers and leaders is described.
