Abstract
ERP je vrsta poslovnog softvera koji podržava odvijanje operativnih procesa poduzeća. Najbliži, prema ne u potpunosti odgovarajući hrvatski naziv za ovu vrstu softvera je „integrirani poslovni informacijski sustav“. Integrirani iz razloga što su se prije pojave ERP-a poslovna područja poput nabave, skladištenja, proizvodnje, prodaje, financije i računovodstva podržavala pojedinačne odjelne aplikacije koje su bile manje ili više povezane. Stoga, ERP podrazumijeva da su sve navedene aplikacije potpuno integrirane u jedinstveni sustav. Pridjev poslovni nastao je u vrijeme kada su to bile jedine poslovne aplikacije, a danas je preširok jer se u poslovanju poduzeća koriste različite vrste softvera. U nastavku ovog diplomskog rada detaljnije će biti riječi o ERP sustavu i njegovim značajkama.
Abstract (english)
ERP is a type of business software that supports the operating procss of an enterprise. The closest, and not entirely, the corresponding Croatian term for this type of software is „an integrated business infomation system“. Integrated because prior to the ERP appeareance, business areas such as procurement, warehousing, production, sales, finance and accounting supported individual branch apps that were more or less related. Therefore, ERP implies that all of theese applications are fully integrated inato a single system. Business appeasement emerged at the time when they where the only business applications, and today is too much because different types of software are used in business operations. Furter details on the ERP system and its features will be given below in this graudate theises.
