Abstract
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje, zaštita okoliša i poštivanje ljudskih prava jedne su od najvažnijih tema u svijetu poslovanja. S ciljem ispravnog vođenja poslovanja i zaštite okoliša svakim danom povećava se broj poduzeća koje djeluju na taj način. Društvena odgovornost može se provoditi unutar i izvan poduzeća. Cilj provedenog istraživanja je objašnjenje društvene odgovornosti sa dva stajališta. Prvo stajalište odnosi se na poduzeća u Hrvatskoj i važnost DOP-a za njihovo poslovanje. Način implementacije DOP-a objašnjen je na primjeru dva velika poduzeća u Hrvatskoj. Drugo stajalište je stav potrošača i njihova upoznatost s društveno odgovornim poslovanjem.
Abstract (english)
Corporate social responsibility, environmental protection and respect for human rights are one of the most important issues in the business world. With the goal of properly managing the business and environmental protection every day, the number of companies acting in this way increases. Social responsibility can be implemented inside and outside of the company. The aim of the conducted research is to explain the social responsibility from two perspectives. The first point concerns companies in Croatia and the importance of CSR for their business. The way of implementing CSR is explained by the example of two large companies in Croatia. The second stance is the attitude of consumers and their familiarity with socially responsible business
