Abstract | Menadžment se definira kao kontinuiran i sistematičan proces usmjeravanja pojedinaca, grupa,
poslova, operacija ili cjelokupne organizacije u pravcu ostvarivanja imenovanih organizacijskih
ciljeva sa sredstvima koje organizaciji stoje na raspolaganju na efektivan i efikasan način.
Ljudski potencijali su ukupna znanja, vještine, sposobnosti, talenti, kreativnost, motivacija i
odanost kojom raspolaže neka organizacija ili društvo. To je ukupna intelektualna i psihička
energija koju organizacija može angažirati u ostvarivanju svojih ciljeva i razvoja poslovanja.
Da bi organizacija bila uspješna, mora imati svog menadžera koji će donositi dobre poslovne
odluke, menadžer mora imati dobre konceptualne vještine te mora dobro upravljati ljudskim
potencijalima, odnosno mora imati dobre vještine komunikacije i rada s ljudima. |

businesses, operations or the entire organization towards achieving the named organizational
goals with the resources available to the organization in an effective and efficient manner.
Human resources are the total knowledge, skills, abilities, talents, creativity, motivation, and
loyalty that an organization or society has. It is the total intellectual and psychic energy that the
organization can engage in achieving its goals and business development. In order for the
organization to be successful, it must have its own manager who will make good business
decisions, the manager must have good conceptual skills and must manage human resources
well, and must have good communication and working skills with people. |
