Abstract | Okolina je relativno širok pojam koji uključuje sve ono što se nalazi izvan granica poduzeća.
Poduzeće je otvoreni sustav i stoga na njega utječu promjene koje se događaju u okolini.
Promjene koje nastaju mogu biti povoljne ili češće nepovoljne za poduzeće, i zbog toga
okolina za poduzeće predstavlja izvor nesigurnosti i neizvjesnosti. Čimbenici koji utječu na
poduzeće mogu biti interni i eksterni. Interni čimbenici su unutarnji i na njih poduzeće može
utjecati, dok su eksterni čimbenici vanjski, te im se poduzeće mora prilagođavati s ciljem
opstanka. Najvažniji eksterni čimbenici su: ekonomska, tehnološka, politička i pravna
okolina. Promjene koje uzrokuju vanjski čimbenici ne znače uspjeh, ali bez njih nema ni
opstanka . Dakle, organizacije moraju provoditi promjene, a da bi one bile uspješne, moraju
imati sposoban menadžment. Uspješna prilagodba okolini u 21. stoljeću prije svega znači
kontinuirano učenje i istraživanje. U okviru toga pojavljuje se organizacija koja uči, tj.
organizacija koja razvija sustavne pristupe rješavanju problem. |

Parallel abstract (English) | Environment is a relatively broad term that includes everything that is beyond the boundaries
of a company. The company is an open system and therefore changes that are happening in
the environment affects on it. Changes that may arise could be favorable or more often
adverse to the enterprise, and therefore, the environment for companies is a source of
uncertainty and insecurity. Factors that are affecting an organization can be internal and
external. Internal factors are inside the company and companies can affect on them, external
factors are outside the company, and company must adjust to them in order to survive. The
most important external factors are: economic, technological, political and legal environment.
Changes caused by external factors do not mean success, but without them there is no
survival. Accordingly, organizations have to make changes, and to be successful, they must
have competent management. Successful adaptation to the environment in the 21st century
means, above all, constant learning and research. Within this appears learning organization, lie
an organization that develops a systematic approach to solving problems. |
