Abstract | Upoznati smo sa činjenicom kako je u bilo kojem sportu, aktivnosti ili poslovanju veoma bitan
timski rad. Bez timskog rada spomenute organizacije ne bi funkcionirale jer bi sportske ekipe
gubile, a samo bi poslovanje krenulo u krivom smjeru.
Kada govorimo o timu, govorimo o skupini pojedinaca koji radeći zajedno postižu zajedničke
ciljeve. Svrhu tima možda najbolje opisuje jedna Japanska poslovica: “Nitko od nas nije pametan
koliko mi svi zajedno”. Drugim riječima, za najbolji uspjeh u poslovanju veoma je bitan timski
rad unutar kojeg se može napraviti puno više nego kada bi svatko radio za sebe. Budući da za
kvalitetno funkcioniranje u suvremenom društvu zahtjeva sposobnosti praćenja raznih
informacija, timski način rada se pokazao kao najbrži i najučinkovitiji. Komponente koje čine
jedan tim su: članovi tima, njihove uloge te konflikti te prilike unutar samog tima. Što je više
razmirica i ljubomore unutar jednog tima, isti će imati problema u budućnosti svog poslovanja.
Svi pojedinci u timu trebaju dijeliti svoje znanje, umijeće i ideje za svoj, ali i probitak cijelo
ukupnog tima. U poslovanju danas možemo pronaći mnogo oblika i metoda timskog rada, no
najviše se ističe “Brainstorming” metoda. Brainstorming metoda predstavlja kreativna
razmišljanja svih članova tima u kojem svako iznosi svoje ideje te se zajedničkim razmišljanjem
dovodi do konačnog rješenja. Ideje bi trebale biti što kreativnije i drugačije, a brzina i
dinamičnost je glavno obilježje ove metode. |

Parallel abstract (English) | We are aware of the fact that in any sport, activity or business there is a very important
teamwork. Without teamwork this organisations would not work, while sports teams would lose,
the business would go in the wrong direction. When we talking about a team, we talk about a
group of individuals working together to achieve common goals. As one Japanese proverb says:
"None of us is smart as we are together". This proverb tells us that teamwork is the key to success
in business and that together people can do much more than they do on their own. Since the
quality of functioning in the modern society requires the ability to monitor various information,
teamwork has proved to be the fastest and most effective. The components that make up one team
are primarily the team members and their roles, and of course the conflicts, that is the problem or
the opportunity within the team itself. The more disarray and jealousy within a team, the team
will have problems in the future of their business. All individuals in the team need to share their
knowledge, skills and ideas not only for their own perks but also for the benefit of the whole
team. In today's business, we can find many forms and methods of teamwork, but the most
famous is “Brainstorming” method. The Brainstorming method is the creative thinking of all the
members of the team in which each one sets out their ideas and, together with thinking, leads to
the ultimate solution. Ideas should deliberately be more creative and different, and speed and
dynamics are the main feature of this method. |
