Business ethics represents generally accepted ethical principles in the business of individuals and companies. The paper deals with the importance of business ethics, monitors its historical development, decisions made in the field of ethical business and the standards that it operates in organizations in a more regular, ie. ethical way. Ethics has proven itself to be an important part of the organization's successful business, but managers are still able to "get around one eye" in order to earn as much profits as possible. In this modern era, it aims to eradicate such a way of doing business to profit society at the same time enterprises, ie. managers who manage them. Ethics is based on morality, freedom, justice and love, and the goal is to create such an enterprise that will abide by that. Ultimately, an organization that has a high level of ethics in business will also have a higher level of self satisfaction, which at the same time will lead to the satisfaction of the society and the environment in which the organization is and ultimately the financial performance of the entire business.
