Abstract | Tema ovog diplomskog rada su metode prodaje u trgovini na malo. U radu će biti
prikazane zadaće i značajke trgovine, funkcije trgovine, maloprodajna poduzeća i poslovne
jedinice te koje su metode prodaje u trgovini na malo. U radu će također biti spomenuto
istraživanje u kojem će se ispitanike ispitati neka pitanja vezana za njihove navike kupovanja.
U prvom dijelu rada biti će detaljnije opisane zadaće i značajke trgovine te općenito o trgovini
razmjena i distribuciji. Biti će opisano što je to trgovina na malo u gospodarskom sustavu,
poimanje trgovine na malo i maloprodaje te koji su maloprodajni oblici prisutni kod nas.
Glavni dio ovog rada je dio o metodama prodaje u trgovini na malo gdje će biti navedene
metode i svaka od metoda biti će pobliže objašnjena. Dio rada biti će temeljen na teoretskom
dijelu. Glavna literatura ovog rada su knjige Zdenka Segetlije, Maloprodaja u Republici
Hrvatskoj iz 2009. godine i Trgovinsko poslovanje iz 2006.godine. U sklopu diplomskog rada
provesti će se i kratko istraživanje od petnaestak pitanja koja su vezana za navike kupaca te
njihova mišljenja o raznim metodama prodaje. Istraživanje će se provesti putem Google
ankete, ispitati će se slučajni uzorak ljudi. Anketa je u potpunosti anonimna te će se rezultati
dobiveni iz ankete prikazati u ovom diplomskom radu. |

Parallel abstract (English) | The subject of this graduate thesis is the methods of retail sales. The paper will show the tasks
and features of trade, trade functions, retail businesses and business units, and which methods
are retail sales. The paper will also mention a survey in which examiners will examine some
issues related to their buying habits. The first part of the paper will detail the tasks and
features of the trade, as well as the trade and distribution trade in general. It will be described
what retail trade in the economic system, the concept of retail and retail trade, and the retail
forms are present in us. The main part of this paper is part of the methods of retail sales where
the methods will be listed and each of the methods will be explained more fully. Part of the
work will be based on the theoretical part. The main papers of this paper are the books of
Zdenko Segetlja, Retail Store in the Republic of Croatia from 2009 and Trade in 2006. As
part of the graduate thesis, a short survey of fifteen issues related to customer habits and their
opinions on various sales methods will be conducted. The survey will be conducted via
Google Survey, will examine a random sample of people. The survey is completely
anonymous and the results obtained from the survey are presented in this graduate paper. |
