Abstract
Tema ovog rada je javni nastup i međuljudsko ophođenje. U prvom se poglavlju čitatelja uvodi u temu te se objašnjava metodologija rada. U drugom poglavlju proučava se strah od javnog nastupa. Treće poglavlje iznosi općenite smjernice za učinkovit javni nastup i međuljudsko ophođenje. Četvrto poglavlje bavi se važnošću komunikacije za učinkovit javni nastup i međuljudsko ophođenje. Posljednje poglavlje predstavlja zaključak. Utvrđeno je da se za učinkovit javni nastup i međuljudsko ophođenje prvo treba riješiti straha od javnog nastupa (ukoliko isti postoji). Potom je utvrđena važnost kvalitetne pripreme. Međutim, oba ta koraka neće imati gotovo nikakav značaj ukoliko govornik, odnosno osoba koja drži javni nastup ne poznaje pravila učinkovite komunikacije, kao i poslovne komunikacije. Tako je neosporno kako su komunikacijske vještine također nešto što odvaja loše od dobrih javnih nastupa. Dakle, važno je poznavati različita pravila različitih vrsta komunikacija, kao što su neverbalna i verbalna.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this paper is public appearance and interpersonal relationship. In the first chapter the reader will be introduced with the subject, and also with paper's methodology. The second chapter examines the fear of public appearance. The third chapter introduces some of the basic facts for the effective public appearance and interpersonal relationship. The fourth chapter deals with importance of communication for the effective public appearance. The final chapter introduces conclusion. It is determined that the first step for an efficient public appearance is getting rid of the fear of public appearance. Then is determined the importance of quality preparation. But, the both of these steps won't be of any use if the person who holds public appearance doesn't know and follow the rules of an efficient communication, and business communication. So it unquestionable that communication skills are also something which distinct bad from good public appearance. Therefore, it is important to know different rules of different communication types, like nonverbal and verbal.
