Abstract
Države kao društvene zajednice predstavljaju mehanizme za provođenje različitih ekonomskih politika i strategija. Djelovanjem na tržištu utječu na način života društva te pružaju mogućnost građanima za zapošljavanje, a time i osiguranje vlastite egzistencije. Svojim načinom poslovanja stvaraju lojalne kupce u području prijevoza, vodoopskrbe, opskrbe električnom energijom, pošte i sličnih djelatnosti. Državna poduzeća obavezna su sastavljati financijska izvješća kako bi se utvrdilo koliko uspješno posluju i u kojim dijelovima im je potrebna financijska pomoć države. Ulaskom Republike Hrvatske u Europsku uniju i otvaranjem granica povećala se i mogućnost veće konkurencije stoga su državna poduzeća prisiljena na stvaranje efikasnijeg i produktivnijeg načina poslovanja kako bi ostali konkurentni na tržištu. Hrvatska radiotelevizija zbog sve većeg utjecaja konkurenata ostaje bez gledanosti što loše utječe na cjelokupno poslovanje poduzeća. Zbog toga se i postavlja pitanje treba li Hrvatska radiotelevizija i dalje ostati u državnom vlasništvu ili bi poslovanje trebalo prodati u privatno vlasništvo. Iako je država sve više zadužena broj državnih poduzeća se iz godine u godinu povećava što dodatno povećava što dovodi do novih obveza pravnih i fizičkih osoba u državi. Mnogi mediji pišu kako je to zapravo razlog odlaska sve većeg broja ljudi iz zemlje jer zbog velikih poreza privatna poduzeća ne mogu poslovati.
Abstract (english)
States as social communities represent mechanisms for implementing different economic policies and strategies. By acting on the market, they influence the way of life of society and provide the citizens with employment opportunities, and thus ensuring their own existence.By their way of doing business they create loyal customers in the field of transport, water supply, electricity supply, postal service and similar activities. State enterprises are obligated to compile financial reports to determine how well they are performing and in what areas they need financial assistance from the state. With the entry of Republic Croatia ito the European Union and the opening of borders, the possibility of greater competition has increased, which means that state companies in order to remain competitive on the market. That is why it raises the question of whether Croatian Radiotelevision should remain in state ownership or business should be privately owned. Though the state is increasingly in charge of the numbers of state-owned enterprises year after year increases which further increases which leads to new obligations of legal and natural persons in the state. Many media say that this is the real departure of people from the country because of the high taxes the private companies can not do business.
