Abstract
Kvaliteta je od davnina bila nešto što su ljudi tražili kod proizvoda te su razlikovali ono što je dobro i ono što je loše. Ljudi jednostavno žele nešto što je dobro i što će im biti dugotrajno uz prihvatljivu cijenu. Prema tome, ulaganje u kvalitetu danas postaje primarni cilj svim proizvođačima. Onaj tko ne ulaže u kvalitetu svojih proizvoda biti će izbačen s tržišta od strane konkurencije. U kvalitetu je potrebno jako puno investirati, međutim proizvođačima se ta investicija deseterostruko vrati. Kako bi se ta kvaliteta provela i uvidjela kroz proizvod potrebno je provesti niz procesa i postupaka kojim se ona ostvaruje. Jedan od procesa je upravljanje kvalitetom kojim se nastoji udovoljiti zahtjevima kupaca. Sustavi upravljanja kvalitetom su danas od velike važnosti, a najpoznatiji su ISO standardi i Sustav potpunog upravljanja kvalitetom odnosno TQM. Bez tih sustava, proizvođači ne bi proizvodili proizvode kakvi sada jesu i ne bi većina bila toliko kvalitetna i tražena. Drugi važan faktor je kontrola kvalitete bez koje se ne bi mogla određivati kvaliteta proizvoda. Na temelju nje se provjerava kvaliteta te ukoliko je to potrebno, različita unapređenja proizvoda. Kao dobar primjer upravljanja kvalitetom te kontrole kvalitete je tvrtka za proizvodnju kemijskih sredstava Meteor d.o.o. Đakovo.
Abstract (english)
For a long time, quality has been something people wanted in their products and they distinguish good products from the bad. People simply wanted something good in long-term for an acceptable price. Therefore, investment in quality has become the primary goal for all producers. Anyone who does not invest in the quality of their products will be thrown out of the market by the competition. It takes a lot to invest in quality, however, that investment can be returned ten times for the producers. In order for quality to be implemented and realized, it is necessary to conduct a series of processes and procedures by which quality is carried out. One of the processes is quality management that seeks to meet customer requirements. Quality management systems are of great importance today, and some of the most well known systems are ISO standards and the TQM. Without these systems, manufacturers would not produce products as they are now, most of those products would not be of such high quality and there would not be such high demand for them on the market. Another important factor is quality control, without which quality of the product could not be determined. Based on the quality control, quality and, if necessary, various product improvements are checked. Company for production of chemicals Meteor d.o.o. Đakovo has a good example of quality management and quality control system.
