Abstract
Tema ovoga rada je „IT menadžment u upravljanju poslovnim sustavom“. Na temelju toga u radu su definirani i analizirani menadžment, odnosno, pojam menadžmenta, tipovi menadžmenta, funkcije menadžmenta te okolina menadžmenta. Nastavno na to, definirani su i analizirani poslovni informacijski sustavi, odnosno, njihov pojam, struktura te organizacijski i funkcijski aspekt. Potom je predstavljen i definiran utjecaj IT – a na menadžment i poslovne sustave. U svrhu konkretizacije rada, analizirano je poslovanje promatranih tvrtki iz IT sektora u Republici Hrvatskoj te je na temelju toga napisana rasprava rada te je dan zaključak autora ovoga rada o istraživanoj tematici.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is "IT Management in Business System Management". Based on this, the management and management concepts, management, and management environment have been defined and analyzed in the paper. Additionally, business information systems have been defined and analyzed, namely their concept, structure and organizational and functional aspects. Then the IT impact on management and business systems was presented and defined. For the purpose of the concretization of the work, the business of the observed companies from the IT sector in the Republic of Croatia was analyzed and based on that was written the discussion of the work and the conclusion of the author of this paper on the research topic was concluded.
