Abstract
Elektroničko poslovanje je danas iznimno važan, siguran i nezamjenjim način komunikacije koje donosi brojne koristi osobama koje su uključene u takvo poslovanje. Elektroničko poslovanje obuhvaća mnoga područja poput bankarstva, zdravstva, obrazovanja i brojnih drugih područja te doživljava sve veću i bržu ekspanziju. Ključ sigurnosti i povjerenja u elektroničkom poslovanju je elektronički potpis. U radu je obrađena je tema o elektroničkom potpisu te prikazan pojednostavljeni način rada s visokom razinom sigurnosti i zaštite podataka. Ujedno navest će se koje su zakonske regulative i propisi vezani uz elektronički potpis na području Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije, razlike između digitalnog i elektroničkog te na navesti nekoliko primjera korištenja u Hrvatskoj i u svijetu.
Abstract (english)
Electronic today is an extremely important, secure and unmodified way of communication that brings a lot of benefits to people involved in such business. Electronic business encompasses many areas such as banking, healthcare, education and many other areas, and is experiencing ever-expanding expansion. The key to security and trust in electronic business is electronic signature. This paper deals with the topic of electronic signature and presents a simplified way of working with a high level of security and data protection. At the same time it will show which legal regulations and regulations are related to the electronic signature in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union, the differences between digital and electronic, and to indicate several examples of usage in Croatia and in the world.
