Prema konceptu cjeloživotnog učenja naglasak je stavljen na učenje koje se nastavlja i kada službeno obrazovanje završava. Utvrđene su prednosti cjeloživotnog učenja. Brži, lakši i pristupačniji pristup novim informacijama i znanjima uvelike su promijenili pogled na učenje i stjecanje znanja osoba svih životnih dobi u želji nadograđivanja svojih vještina i sposobnosti. Cjeloživotno učenje predstavlja širi pojam u koji spada i učenje izvan obrazovnog sustava (stečeno iskustvom, radom,... Abstract (english)
According to the concept of lifelong learning, emphasis is placed on learning that continues and when formal education ends. The benefits of lifelong learning have been established. Faster, easier and more accessible access to new information and knowledge has greatly changed the view on learning and acquiring knowledge of people of all ages in the desire to upgrade their skills and abilities.
