Abstract
Često brojni potencijalni poduzetnici imaju velike probleme u pronalaženju sredstava potrebnih za realizaciju svojih ideja i planova. Stoga se unazad nekoliko godina izrazito popularizirao novi oblik financiranja poslovnih pothvata od strane privatnih investitora okupljenih u poslovne mreže, popularno nazvanih „poslovni anđeli“. Jedna takva mreža prisutna je i u RH te je u posljednjih desetak godina kroz nju financirano tridesetak poslovnih pothvata. Jedan od tih financiranih projekata pripada i poduzeću Entrio, koje se bavi razvojem digitalnih rješenja za prodaju ulaznica. Poduzeće je osnovano 2011. godine te je inicijalno na početku svog poslovanja dobilo 200 tisuća kuna potpore od strane poslovnih anđela. Tijekom dosadašnjeg poslovanja može se reći kako se ulaganje tih sredstava pokazalo opravdanim za investitore. Osim što je poduzeće višestruko povećalo prihode i izvoz, ono također posluje pozitivno u protekle tri godine, a također ima jako dobre pokazatelje kvalitete i sigurnosti poslovanja. Trendovi pokazatelja sugeriraju kako poduzeće posluje znatno progresivnije od prosjeka djelatnosti kojoj pripada, uz daljnje najave za iskorakom na strana tržišta, čime se može zaključiti kako je utjecaj poslovnih anđela bio izrazito pozitivan na rast i razvoj poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
In many cases potential entrepreneurs deal with big problems of finding needed capital for realization of their business ideas and plans. In the last few years became very popular new way of financing business projects by investors gathered in business networks, popularly known as a “Business angels”. One business network is present in Croatia, and in the last decade investors from there invested in around 30 business projects. On of that projects belongs to the company “Entrio”, which is creating digital solutions for selling tickets. Company is established in 2011, and in this first year had received 200 thousands HRK of support from business angels. Today is clear that this investment was a good decision by business angels. In the last few years the company has increased several times revenues and export, and also has a positive net profit in the last three years with very good indicators of the quality and stability of the business. Trends of indicators are suggesting that the company is much more progressive than the average companies in the industry. With announcements for going on the new markets in the future, it can be concluded that the effect of business angels was extremely positive on the growth and development of the company.
