Abstract
U radu su analizirane osnovne odrednice strateškog upravljanja, na primjeru poduzeća INA d.d., važne za razvoj i izgradnju konkurentske prednosti. Radom se ukazuje da poduzeće koje ima strategiju utemeljenu na strateškoj analizi ostvaruje konkurentsku prednost. U radu su analizirani čimbenici iz okruženja, kao i najčešće snage i slabosti te prilike i prijetnje poduzeća INA d.d. Kroz rad se potvrdilo da je INA d.d. suvremeno poduzeće koje analizira okruženje i temeljem toga donosi strateške odluke za zadržavanje konkurentske pozicije na tržištu.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the basic determinants of strategic management, for example INA d.d., important for the development and creation of competitive advantages. The paper indicates that a company that choose a strategy based on a strategic analysis can gain a competitive advantage faster than others. The paper analyzes the factors from the environment as well as the most common strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats of company INA d.d. Throughout the work it is confirmed that INA d.d. is a modern company that analyzes the environment and based on this it makes strategic decisions to maintain the competitive position on the market.
