Abstract
U današnje vrijeme briga o zajednici i okolišu postaje sve izraženija i sve je više poduzeća, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj, koja promoviraju svoju strategiju društveno odgovornog poslovanja. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje je suvremena poslovna praksa u kojoj poduzeća dobrovoljno, bez zakonskih prisila, donose odluke koje povećavaju profit, ali i društveno blagostanje. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje donosi broje koristi, kako za poduzeće kojem poboljšava reputaciju tako i za sve uključene sudionike. S obzirom na kompleksnost suvremenog poslovanja potrebno je neprestano razvijati nove modele i koncepte menadžmenta. Upravljanje cjelokupnom kvalitetom, reinženjering poslovnih procesa, učeća organizacija te upravljanje znanjem neki su od najnovijih trendova u suvremenom upravljanju organizacijom. U okviru ovog diplomskog rada govorit će se o društveno odgovornim aktivnostima i suvremenim načinima upravljanja poduzećem. Cilj ovoga rada je definirati društveno odgovorno poslovanje, koristi i aktivnosti, zatim istražiti nove modele upravljanja i objasniti društveno odgovornog poslovanja u Hrvatskoj te navesti primjer dobre poslovne prakse.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, care about the community and the environment becomes more pronounced and there are more and more companies, both worldwide and in Croatia, that promote their strategy of socially responsible businesses. Corporate social responsibility is modern business practice in which companies voluntarily, without legal compulsion, make decisions that increase profits and social well-being. Corporate social responsibility brings many benefits, both to the company by enhancing her reputation and for all involved stakeholders. Given the complexity of modern business, it is necessary to continually develop new concepts and methods of management. Total quality management, business process reengineering, learning organization and knowledge management are some of the latest trends in modern organization management. This graduate thesis will speak about corporate social activities and modern ways of running a business.The aim of this thesis is to define corporate social responsibility, benefits and activities, explore new models of management, explain corporate social responsibility in Croatia and give the example of good business practice.
