Abstract
Poduzetništvo kao proces kojim se stvara nešto novo, od davnina je bilo od velike važnosti nacionalnim gospodarstvima. Kao najzastupljeniji oblik poduzetništva možemo izdvojiti obiteljska poduzeća koja povezuju dva ključna faktora: obitelj i poslovanje. Obiteljsko poduzetništvo je jedinstveno po tome što povezuje različite interese poslovanja i interese obitelji koja opet predstavlja i povezuje različite ciljeve koji se pojavljuju u odnosima među članovima obitelji. More jedna od važnih okosnica razvoja nacionalnih gospodarstava i društava, te jedna od najstarijih vrsta organizacija u kojoj članovi obitelji zajedničkim radom ostvaruju profit. Unutar obiteljskog poduzeća obitelj raspolaže određenim stupnjem kontrole prilikom odlučivanja što se manifestira i kod donošenja odluke o prijenosu poslovanja. Vlasnik poduzeća prilikom donošenja odluke o prijenosu poslovanja postaje svjestan da prilikom iste treba voditi računa o tri dimenzije obiteljskog poduzeća: obitelji, poslovanju i vlasništvu. Posebnu važnost prijenos poslovanja ima u obiteljskim poduzećima. Vlasnik poduzeća treba pravovremeno započeti razmišljanje i planiranje svog povlačenja, u cilju izbjegavanja potencijalnih problema s kojima bi se poduzeće moglo susresti. Osiguranje kompetentnog nasljednika bi trebalo omogućiti održavanje uspješnog poslovanja i nakon povlačenja vlasnika iz poduzeća. U empirijskom djelu ovog rada analizirani su izazovi s kojima će se susresti obiteljsko poduzeće Mobilia prilikom prijenosa poslovanja. Less

Entrepreneurship as a process that creates something new has long been of great importance to national economies. As the most common form of entrepreneurship, we can distinguish family businesses that link two key factors: family and business. Family entrepreneurship is unique in that it links the various business interests and interests of the family that again represents and links different goals that appear in relationships among family members. Family businesses are one of the... More important cornerstones of the development of national economies and societies, and one of the oldest types of organizations in which family members make a profit through joint work. Within a family business, the family has a certain degree of control when deciding what is going on and when deciding on transferring a business. When making a decision on a business transfer, a business owner becomes aware that it is necessary to take into account three dimensions of a family business: family, business, and ownership. Of particular importance is the transfer of business for family businesses. The owner of a company should start thinking and planning timely to timely initiate, in order to avoid the potential problems that a company might encounter. The provision of a competent heir should enable the maintenance of a successful business and after the withdrawal of the owner from the company. In the empirical part of this paper, the challenges faced by Mobilia's family business in the transfer of business are analyzed. Less
