The Project Management Methodology defines a project for the reconstruction of the rural economy Pavić, located in Moslavina, more precisely near Križ, village Kompator. The project encompasses the decoration of the house and garden of the exterior, owned by Marijan Pavić, the owner of his wife, and decided to make the same reconstruction to deal with rural tourism. The investor is the Organization of the Existing Rural Economy, owner of the Economy Marijan Pavić, and the initiator of the idea of the Project, son of Ivan Pavić. With the inheritance of a family estate in terms of its own capacities, the owner has a vision of promoting the tourist development of the rural part of Moslavina and investing in rural tourism. In addition to the mentioned field of interest of the owner, the financial constraint and the fulfillment of the basic conditions, the Project has the possibility to apply for a call for "Support for investment in the start of non-agricultural activities" for obtaining non-refundable funds from EU funds. Given the poor economic, social and political environment of the project, the owner Marijan Pavic is faced with various legal and time constraints. SWOT analysis of rural tourism Pavić and the organizations of the rural household determine good and bad sides, opportunities, threats and weaknesses that have a consequent impact on the Project. The general goal of the rural economy is Pavić's adaptation of the existing family house and garden and exterior landscaping around Križ and Velika Ludina, and specific goals are the tourist, catering and educational purpose of the future rural building. Given the complexity of the entire project of restoration of the economic estate, the Project is divided into two projects. A priority project plan was drawn up and the project selection method was selected. The first project was the adaptation of the family house for tourist and catering purposes, while the other arrangement of the garden and the exterior. An analysis of the present situation has been made, inspirational solutions for interior and exterior design are presented and the total costs and duration of the implementation of a particular project are presented according to the projection method.
