Abstract
Internet je doveo do razvoja elektroničkog poslovanja, gdje su banke prepoznale prednosti informacijskih tehnologija za svoje poslovanje te su iste odmah implementirale u svoj bankarski sustav, razvijajući tako niz inovacijskih usluga temeljenih na virutlanom poslovanju s klijentima, koje objema stranama štedi i vrijeme i novac. Najpoznatija elektronska usluga banaka je Internet bankarstvo koje, sukladno mnogim definicijama podrazumijeva korištenje Interneta kao elektronskog medija, putem kojeg se klijent spaja na internetsku platformu, odnosno web stranicu banke te može jednostavnom prijavom putem alata koje mu je ustupila banka (TOKEN, smart kartica s čitačem, aplikacija mBankinga na mobilnom uređaju) upravljati svojim računom online. Za potrebe ovog završnog rada izvršena je usporedna analiza Internet bankarstva u Hrvatskoj na primjeru Erste banke, Splitske – OTP banke i Privredne banke Zagreb. Učinjenom komparativnom analizom Internet bankarstva u Hrvatskoj može se zaključiti da je ovo veoma napredna, profitabilna i korisna financijska usluga banke, i za banku i za klijenta, nosi sa sobom niz prednosti te u budućnosti nosi sa sobom prognostički progresivne buduće trendove.
Abstract (english)
Development of Internet led to the development of e - business, where banks have recognized the prevalence of information technology for their business, and they instantly implemented the IT into their banking system, developing a host of innovative customer-based innovation services that saves both time and money for both parties. The most well-known electronic banking service is Internet banking, which, according to many definitions, implies the use of the Internet as an electronic media through which the client connects to the Internet platform or bank website and can easily log on via the tool provided by the bank (TOKEN, smart card with reader, application of mBanking on a mobile device) manage your online account. For the purposes of this final work, a comparative analysis of Internet banking in Croatia was made in case of Erste Bank, Splitska - OTP banka and Privredna banka Zagreb. As a comparative analysis of Internet banking in Croatia was made, it can be concluded that this is a very advanced, profitable and useful bank financial service, both for the bank and for the client, with many advantages and in the future it carries prognostic progressive future trends.
