| Abstract | U ovom radu će se obraditi tema općenitih značajki Dubrovnika te, kao glavni dio, bitne stavke
i odrednice Dubrovnika kao turističkog odredišta. U prvom dijelu rada će se pobliže objasniti
Dubrovnik uz njegovu povijest, zemljopisni položaj, ekonomiju i demografiju. Drugi dio
obuhvaća Dubrovnik kao turističko odredište odnosno osobitosti turističke ponude, turističke
atrakcije koje ga krase te oblike turizma koji su razvijeni i koji se mogu naći diljem grada i
okolice. Dubrovnik je jedno od najposjećenih lokacija u Hrvatskoj i svijetu sa mnoštvom
kulturno-povijesnih građevina i prirodnih atrakcija čiji postotak dolazaka i noćenja svake
godine sve više raste. Općenito, u osobitosti turičke ponude se ubraja veliki broj čimbenika od
kojih su najbitniji smještajni kapaciteti i dostupnost, okolina i atraktivnost prostora, sigurnost,
kvaliteta usluga, informacije i promocija. Dubrovnik je najuspješnije promovirala filmska
industrija zbog koje se i uvelike povećao broj turista. Također, jedno je od razvijenijih
turističkih središta hrvatske obale i Hrvatske općenito sa velikim brojem različitih oblika
turizma zastupljenih u gradu i okolici. Razvijeniji oblici turizma u Dubrovniku su kongresni
(Dubrovnik je glavno kongresno središte u Hrvatskoj), cruising turizam, kamping, kulturni i
manifestacijski, nautički turizam, eno i gastro središte Jadrana te, u ranije vrijeme, filmski
turizam. Na kraju se u budućnosti turizma u Dubrovniku dotiče prednosti i nedostataka koje se
moraju riješiti kako bi Dubrovnik zadržao mjesto među top destinacijama svijeta i kako bi i
dalje držao visoke postotke posjećenosti turista kao i u prethodnim godinama. |
| Abstract (english) | This paper will discuss the theme of general features of Dubrovnik and, as a major part, essential
elements and definitions of Dubrovnik as a tourist destination. In the first part of the paper
Dubrovnik will be explained more closely with its history, geography, economy and
demography. The second part includes Dubrovnik as a tourist destination, the peculiarity of the
tourist offer, the tourist attractions that surround it and the forms of tourism that have been
developed and can be found throughout the city and its surroundings. Dubrovnik is one of the
most visited locations in Croatia and the world with a wealth of cultural and historical buildings
and natural attractions, the percentage of arrivals and nights growing every year. In general, the
peculiarity of the tourism offer has a large number of factors, the most important of which are
the accommodation capacities and availability, the environment and the attractiveness of space,
security, quality of services, information and promotion. Dubrovnik was the most successfully
promoted by film industry, after which the number of tourists was greatly increased. It is also
one of the most developed tourist centers of the Croatian coast and Croatia in general with a
large number of different forms of tourism represented in the city and its surroundings. The
more developed forms of tourism in Dubrovnik are congressional (Dubrovnik is the main
congress center in Croatia), cruising tourism, camping, cultural and manifestation, nautical
tourism, the gastronomic center of the Adriatic and, in the past years, film tourism. At the end
of this paper, in the future of tourism in Dubrovnik, the advantages and disadvantages that need
to be resolved in order to keep Dubrovnik among the top destinations of the world and continue
to hold high rates of tourist visit as in the previous years. |
