Today's fast-paced dynamic age requires the use of methods that can compete with the speed and quality of product creation and development. Agile software development methods are precisely the best answer to such demanding requirements. Agile methods replace the traditional ones, ensuring faster and more frequent deliveries of products under conditions of greater decentralization in decision making. In order to develop a quality information system, it is necessary to implement agile methods in the work of an organization. Software development refers to the product life cycle. The stages of the life cycle are important, as are the roles, events, and artifacts that arise precisely from agile methods. Technique, technology and design are also very important factors in making a quality information system. When it comes to the roles that employees take on in an organization when developing software, it is emphasized that each role is individually as important as they are all together. What distinguishes agile methods from traditional ones is teamwork. Each phase of project creation is imbued with solid team collaboration, and most often face-to-face communication. Teams that work together strive to get to know each other and to solve problems using their specific skills, as well as helping their co-workers and complementing them. It is important to emphasize that the stages of product development are certain, but with the advent of changes, certain features of the software can always change. This is one of the main differences between agile methods and traditional ones, where adaptation to new requirements and changes can be made hardly without leaving the system as functional unit.
