Abstract
Proces selekcije zaposlenika složena je aktivnost kojom organizacija nastoji izdvojiti kandidate koji posjeduju potrebne kvalitete, točnije znanja i vještine kojima mogu pomoći organizaciji u postizanju ciljeva. Odvija se kontinuirano te je neprestano potrebno tražiti najkvalitetnije kadrove. Selekciji zaposlenika predstoje aktivnosti koje uključuju pomno planiranje potreba za ljudskim resursima i privlačenje najboljih kandidata. Prije same selekcije potrebno je utvrditi kolika je potreba za novom radnom snagom, je li povećan obujam posla ili se tvrtka planira širiti i napredovati u budućnosti. Jednako tako važno je isplanirati koje poslove će novi zaposlenik obavljati, koliko je osoba unutar organizacije potrebno, te kakvu strukturu djelatnika tvrtka ima potrebu uposliti, s kojim znanjima i sposobnostima moraju raspolagati. Potrebno je imati prave informacije u pravo vrijeme jer zapošljavanje bez dobro razrađenog plana može dovesti do velikih troškova. Tvrtka Transcom koja posluje dugi niz godina, u 20 zemalja i na tri kontinenta, ima odlično razrađen plan prilikom selekcije zaposlenika upravo iz tog razloga ona je odličan primjer za objasniti teorijski dio ovog rada. Budući da su zaposlenici od velike važnosti za poslovanje svake organizacije, ne čudi što je proces regrutacije i selekcije zaposlenika u fokusu poslovanja tvrtke Transcom. Na globalnoj razini svakodnevno se razrađuju i unaprjeđuju procesi za potrebama regrutacije novih djelatnika, te su primjeri iste detaljnije opisani u nastavku diplomskog rada.
Abstract (english)
The employee selection process is a complex activity whereby an organization seeks to separate candidates with desirable qualities, precisely knowledge and skils that can help achieving the organization goals. Searching for the qualified workers is constantly demanded. Employee selection involves activities such as carefully planning human resources and attracting the best candidates. Before the selection itself, it is necessary to determine the need for new employees, the volume of work increased or the company plans for expanding and prospering in the future. At the same time it is equally important to plan what jobs a new employee will do, how many people are needed within the organization, which employee structure is needed , which knowledge and abilities are demanded. It is necessary to have precise information at the right time while hiring without well-designed plan can highly expand the costs. Transcom, which operates for many years in 20 countries on 3 continents has well-developed plan for selecting employees and therefore it is an excellent example to explain the theoretical part of this work. As employees are of great importance to every organization, it is not surprising that Transcom business is focused on the recruitment and selection processing of employees. Globally, on a daily basis processes for recruiting new employees are elaborated and improved, so the examples of these are detaily described in the continuation of this work.
