Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je važnost govora u tijelu u poslovnom okruženju. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisana je komunikacija i njen proces. U daljnjem dijelu opisane su vrste komunikacije, verbalna i neverbalna. Istaknuta je važnost neverbalne komunikacije, njeni elementi i funkcije. Govor tijela, kao dio neverbalne komunikacije, opisan je na način da se krenulo od opisa poruka koje šalje lice – kontakt očima, žmirkanje, sklapanje očiju, osmijeh i slično. Opisane su najvažnije kretnje rukama, odnosno poruke koji određeni položaj ruku, odnosno nogu šalje u komunikaciji. Date su smjernice kako je moguće naučiti govor tijela, kako se što bolje predstaviti na intervju za posao, te na što treba obratiti pozornost prilikom izlaganja, odnosno kakve poruke je poželjno slati tijelom a kakve nije. Također su opisane kulturalne razlike u govoru tijela te na što trebamo obratiti pozornost ukoliko se nađemo u interakciji s osobama iz stranih zemalja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes importance of body language in bussines environment. Introductory part describes comunication and communication process. There are two types of communication, verbal and nonverbal. Importance, elements and functions of nonverbal communincation are highlighted. Body language, as part of nonverbal communication, is described starting from face (eye contact, glimmers, smile). Then there are described the important hand and legs gestures. This paper provides informations of how to learn body language, how to present yourself on a job interwiev, what you need to pay attention on while presenting. Cultural differences in body language are also described, and what do we need to pay attention on while talking to people from foregin countries.
